WHY HON. UTIM ISAAC TERHEMBA IS THE RIGHT CANDIDATE FOR KWANDE/USHONGO SEAT 2027.

The forthcoming general election for the seat of Kwande/Ushongo Federal House of Representatives is already reduce to bare bones as the member is to be produced by the good people of Ushongo. Kwande/Ushongo Federal House of Representatives seat is for the people of Kwande and Ushongo Local governments. The seat is serving the traditional people of Kwande – that is; Kwande Baraku (Kwande LG) and Kwande Mata (Ushongo LG).
Having put into consideration the long-stay period of Kwande LG on the seat for 12 years (2015 – 2027) that is 3 consecutive tenures, the people of Ushongo without going into any agreement or bargaining are the next to produce a Federal Member in 2027 to represent Kwande/Ushongo at the Green Chamber, Abuja. This move have received backings from Kwande – Ushongo People Organization (KWUPO), Kwande – Ushongo Students Association (KUSA), Stakeholders and the entire good people of the Traditional Kwande.
Since the above paragraphs has clearly explain even to the most Non-partisan-politics member of a society that Kwande are out of the race; then let us focus on Ushongo LG that is the zoned LG for the seat of Kwande/ Ushongo Federal House of Representatives.
In Ushongo, the history of Elected Members for the Seat of Kwande/Ushongo Federal House of Representatives started with Mbagwa where HON. KUNDU SWEM who hailed from Mbaanyam emerged as the First Federal Member from Ushongo LG. As division and grouping of clans may have it; Mbaanyam and Mbakuha formed AGIR as an integral part of Mbagwa so since Mbaanyam produced a Federal Member, Mbakuha are absolutely out of the race until the rotation is complete. The next chance for Ushongo to produce a Federal Member was given to Mata where HON. BOB NEGER emerged from Mbagwaza Council Ward as a Federal member representing Kwande/Ushongo. He successfully passed the ball to his Mata-brother HON. TERFA ATII. THIS WAS A BACK TO BACK VICTORY FOR MATA. The Seat after here, went back to Kwande LG. When the slot was given to Mbagwa for the fourth time then HON. CHILE IGBAWUA from Atirkyese emerged as a Federal member representing Kwande/Ushongo. Now where are the good people of MBAIVENDE (Mbaawe and Mbaaka) from this history?
ATTENTION:

1. Kwande LG has produced 8 Federal Members for Kwande – Ushongo at Green Chamber, Abuja against 4 Federal members for Ushongo LG.
2. Ushongo is the next LG to produce a member to represents Kwande/Ushongo Federal Constituency in 2025 having agreed with the above analysis.
3. In Ushongo LG, the Seat has to go where it was started – that is Mbagwa since both Mata and Mbagwa produced 2 Federal members each.
4. In Mbagwa, AGIR (Mbaanyam and Mbakuha) has produced a member, ARTIKYESE has also produced a member, TOWNSHIP is partly AGIR and partly Visitors.
5. MBAIVENDE (Mbaawe and Mbaaka) has produced none. They are the next integral part of Mbagwa to produce a Federal Member for Kwande/Ushongo Federal Constituency. This is where
